Motorcycle Driving Lights
Our lights are great quality. They provide durability and excellent light output. The housings are made from die cast aluminum, the lenses are made of thick glass, and the reflectors are made of coated steel. The lights use a readily available, easy to replace, 35 watt H3 bulb. The lights are available in silver with a chrome trim ring, semi gloss black, and semi gloss black with a chrome trim ring. The same lights are available for H.I.D. The H.I.D. kit goes to a new level of lighting for a small compact light that delivers three times the output of a 55 watt light. The H.I.D. kit is priced hundreds under any other manufacturer. If you would like more H.I.D. information, visit our H.I.D. information page.
At Martin Fabrication we believe in offering a quality well thought out product for a fair price. We want to make motorcycling safer and more enjoyable. We locate our light kits to maximize options for adjustability and separation from the head light. This creates a very visible triangle of light. We pioneered this! We were the first to put the lights down off the fender fasteners 9 years ago. This location requires no alterations to the motorcycle, it is not mounted to any braking or engine components. Our kits do not allow the lights to contact the fender or other body work. At this location you can aim the lights for a high beam only application or an always on application.
Below you will find some photos of our lights on a BMW R1200RT. The whiter light is the H.I.D. It draws 35 watts per light. It is hard to tell, but the H.I.D. is about three times brighter than the 35w H3. We actually had to adjust the H.I.D. beam down and out because the entire photo was being washed out by the light. The yellower light is a 35w H3. The photos show the low beam and high beam head light. Click here for photos of lights on bikes.
